Meet Tatiana Nesello
Brazilian by soul, Tati seamlessly weaves together the worlds of yoga, embodiment practices, meditation, breath work, sound healing, and sacred dance, creating transformative experiences for those who cross her path.
As a dedicated yoga practitioner and dancer, movement is one of her favorite ways to reconnect to her body. With experience in street dance and gymnastics, she infuses her yoga classes with elements of grace, fluidity, and expressive movement.
Tati’s journey into movement began at a young age, cultivating a deep connection with her body and a profound appreciation for the art of expression. Her passion led her to explore yoga, where she discovered the transformative power of uniting breath, alignment, and mindful awareness. Through 13 years of dedicated practice, 9 years of teaching, and over 800 hours of YTT, Tati has developed a unique teaching style that combines the precision and discipline of dance with the mindfulness and introspection of yoga.
Certified in a 150-hour Sacred Dance course, Tati deepened her understanding of movement as a sacred and healing modality. Her sacred dance practice integrates rhythmic movement with intentional breath and awareness, allowing participants to release emotional blocks, embrace their authentic selves, and reconnect with their innate vitality. Her embodiment classes are a creative journey into strength, grace, and self-expression.
For over two years, Tati has been leading sound baths, using therapeutic soundscapes to guide participants into states of deep relaxation and mindfulness. The connection to theta wave frequencies has fostered transformative healing, creativity, and emotional balance, both for her students and in her personal journey.
Certified in women’s embodiment arts, Tati creates a holistic experience that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Her classes offer practitioners an opportunity to cultivate self-awareness, inner harmony, and a deeper connection with their true essence. Whether through the fluidity of yoga, the rhythmic beauty of sacred dance, or the meditative calm of sound healing, Tati invites students to embrace their full selves with grace and authenticity.
"Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming something, maybe it is about unbecoming, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place".
